How does the membership work?
Once you sign up, your monthly (or yearly) membership fee is automatically charged. Your included treatments, credits, and perks become available immediately. You can book your monthly visit anytime that month, and member pricing is applied automatically at checkout for any add-on treatments or products.
What’s the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Same benefits, same plan — just paid annually upfront. Yearly billing saves you 25% compared to monthly. For example, Glow Maintenance is $89/month or $801/year (effectively $67/month). You can switch billing cycles anytime from your next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no penalty, no paperwork. For yearly memberships, you can switch to monthly or cancel at renewal.
Do unused treatments or credits roll over?
Injectable Club credits roll over for up to a year — so you can build up for a larger treatment. For Glow Maintenance and Radiance Rejuvenation, monthly and quarterly perks are best used in their cycle. We’ll send a friendly reminder before anything expires, and priority booking makes sure you never miss a session.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change plans anytime starting from your next billing cycle. Your loyalty tenure carries forward when you switch — you don’t lose your place on the journey.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No sign-up fee, no hidden costs. You only pay your monthly or yearly membership rate, and you start using your benefits on day one.
What if I need to pause my membership?
Life happens. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. Your loyalty tenure continues during the pause so you don’t lose your status.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are personal — benefits and credits are tied to your individual account. However, Founding Members (2+ years) unlock a bring-a-friend benefit that lets you share treatments at member pricing.
