Membership Terms & Conditions
What’s the membership commitment?
A 12-month commitment is required for all membership tiers. Once that initial term is complete, your membership automatically converts to a flexible month-to-month arrangement, which you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice and no cancellation fee.
How do monthly credits work?
Credits accumulate while your membership is active, up to a cap of 6 months of payments (for example, $594 for a $99/month plan). Unused credits don’t expire as long as you stay under the cap, and can be applied toward eligible treatments and services as determined by the clinic.
Can I cancel before my 12 months are up?
Yes, you can request cancellation at any time. Cancelling before completing the 12-month commitment results in a $199 early termination fee. Any remaining membership credits stay available for 90 days after cancellation, after which unused credits are forfeited.
What if I need to pause my membership?
You can pause for up to 2 months per 12-month commitment period. Submit your pause request in writing before your next billing cycle — no charges or benefits accrue during the pause, and your 12-month term is extended by however many months you paused. Pause periods don’t count toward the credit accumulation cap.
Will my rate ever change?
Your rate is locked for the full duration of your initial 12-month commitment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing upon renewal, but we’ll always notify you in writing at least 30 days before any change — and you’re free to cancel without an early termination fee if you’d rather not continue at the new rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades are available anytime and take effect immediately — your 12-month commitment resets when you upgrade. Downgrades can only be made at the end of your current 12-month term; mid-commitment downgrades aren’t permitted, though you may still cancel under the standard cancellation terms. Downgrade requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date.
What if I have a medical emergency or hardship?
The $199 early termination fee is waived in cases of documented medical necessity, serious illness, or death of the member. Supporting documentation, such as a physician’s note, may be required at the clinic’s discretion, and requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can membership pricing be combined with other offers?
Membership pricing, credits, and discounts are available only while your membership is active and in good standing, and generally can’t be combined with other offers unless the clinic specifies otherwise. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days’ written notice.
